HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Orders generally take 1-2 business days to be processed for shipping. Note that custom orders will require an additional 2-5 business days for production prior to being processed for shipping. If you need an item sooner, send an email to email@example.com to discuss expedited processing.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are generally shipped USPS first class mail with tracking numbers, except for gift boxes which are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live somewhere close to us in California, it will get to you sooner than if you live on the east coast. The USPS website quotes (but does not guarantee) 2-8 days for domestic first class mail shipping and 2-3 days for priority mail shipping. If you need an order sooner, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss expedited processing.
*Note: Due to the pandemic and holiday season, USPS states that packages may take longer than usual to arrive. December 11, 2021 is our Christmas Shipping Cut-Off.

Free contactless porch pick up is available in San Diego 92129. Use the code "PORCHPICKUP" to waive shipping costs. You will receive an email upon purchase with instructions for coordinating pick-up.

HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?
Custom pieces are handmade to order and typically require at least 2-5 business days for production. I will design your piece based on the colors, name / phrase, and other specified design details provided. To help eliminate delays with your order, proofs are not offered.
WHAT SIZE BRACELET SHOULD I GET?
Bracelets are strung with elastic cord so they are easy to put on / take off. While standard sizes by age are provided, we highly recommend measuring your wrist before placing your order. Use a string, phone charger, shoe lace, etc. to measure around your wrist and add 0.5" (for comfort) to determine your bracelet size.
